FedEx, UPS or DHL Only: You can drop your pre-labeled ready-for-shipping letter or package at our location at no charge.
United States Postal Service (USPS) drop-offs incur a service fee of $1.00 for each pre-labeled/pre-postaged shipment. This service fee applies to USPS drop-offs only.
Amazon Returns (Use PRINT LABEL option):
Amazon implemented QR code option for returns that works great for those who live close to the carriers store (e.g. The UPS Store®). If that is not a convenient option for you, we recommend using the print-label option.
What if I have already submitted a return using the QR Code?
Log into your Amazon account and cancel the return using the QR Code. Go back and request the return with a label (e.g. UPS label). Either print or email us the label.
NOTE: There is a minimal $2.00 charge for any print service.
